IHaveAPlan.ca is the leading provider of student health and dental care programs in Canada, serving over 330,000 members at 35 student associations. It is the only organization in Canada specializing exclusively in student health.
Founded by students in 1996, they are the leaders in innovative solutions like their unique Call Centre, professional surveys and exclusive Provider Networks that save students over $3 million each year.
Aside from developing their website, Critical Bandwidth worked with IHaveAPlan.ca to develop their on-line Opt-Out system. This system allows students to log on and choose the level of health coverage they require from their student health plan. It provides a fast
and easy way for students to get health information and refunds.
The IHaveAPlan.ca website is bi-lingual, French and English. It has a comprehensive Content Management System that is synchronized
with their accounting system, along with a powerful administration side capable of mass e-mails, generating reports and tracking activity.
This website runs on Windows 2000© Server using IIS. It is programmed in a hybrid of PHP and CH2, interacting with an Access© database.
