Having worked in the IT industry building web sites for many years now, the one trend we see over and over again from prospective clients is dissatisfaction with the scalability of their current Internet solution. It can be especially disheartening for small businesses who spent a lot of money just a few years ago in order to a get a top notch presence on the web, only to realize that it was extremely costly and sometimes even impossible to make upgrades or minor improvements to their sites. These businesses are now stuck with a web presence they cannot maintain and often feel trapped and don't know where to turn.
